    Mylan’s UK commercial affiliate and operations businesses employ more than 300 experts in many fields - marketing; finance; supply chain; customer services; scientific; quality; regulatory; medical affairs; legal and many more all based at our Hatfield office, which also serves as a hub for several of our global colleagues.

    The commercial team support an expanding product portfolio of more than 500 high quality and affordable generic, branded, over-the-counter (OTC), antiretroviral (ARV) and biosimilar products covering critical therapeutic areas such as oral hygiene, allergy and respiratory, dermatology, women’s health, immunology, vaccines and HIV. Working with our broad network of local and global partners - retailers, wholesalers, private hospitals, public institutions, national retail chains and independent pharmacies as well as the National Health Service – access to our products is a priority.

    Located in Hatfield Business Park, our office is amazing, and it houses hundreds of great people!

We are also proud to be a long-time supporter of Macmillan Cancer Support and for many years we have been taking part in its annual Biggest Coffee Morning.

It’s rich in royal history too with places such as Hatfield House, once owned by King Henry VIII and Hertford Castle, a former Royal Palace where Queen Elizabeth I spent much of her childhood.     Imagine being part of a team that is helping people breathe easier…literally! Whether it’s through the development of new respiratory devices or intense research and development, our people help make a difference.

    Our R&D experts develop new and more efficient ways to bring our portfolio of inhaled products to market. These programmes span generic and new molecular entity products in all phases of pre-clinical and clinical development and across all orally inhaled dosage forms (including pressurised metered dose inhaler (pMDI), dry powder inhaler (DPI) and nebuliser products). Our team includes many of the functions necessary in the development of inhaled medicines. These include analytical control and development, clinical science and regulatory, formulation, manufacturing, programme management and quality assurance, in addition to many support partners such as HR, finance, IT, Admin, EHS and more.

    The Sandwich site is also home to some of our Global Device Development group, which focuses on the design, development and commercialisation of a diverse portfolio of device technology solutions to enable delivery of our large and growing range of generic and branded products around the globe.

    Situated in Discovery Park, the site has established itself as one of Europe’s leading science and technology parks. With a diverse and vibrant working environment, it’s home to established small and large organisations in the field of life science, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology as well as science and technology.     Doing our Part

    We also know the importance of Doing Good and Doing Well. Our Sandwich team supports the East Kent Science Jamboree as well as offering ‘Year in Industry’ placements for undergraduates, summer placements and interns. In addition, some of our employees are STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) Ambassadors, supporting the government’s goal to raise awareness among young people of the career possibilities studying maths and science can lead to. We also support local charities and help in the community with volunteering schemes.

    We have a small team specialising primarily in device design and industrialisation based at Chesterford Research Park, a rural yet convenient location with a stunning 250-acre landscape as the backdrop to scientific discovery. It’s located just 20 minutes from Stansted Airport and central London can be reached within one hour by rail and road.

    Here employees can enjoy the following amenities:
